The Electrical Implementation Partner for Energy Auditors

Your audit is only as valuable as the projects that get built from it. EKS Electric works with energy auditors, efficiency consultants, and energy service companies across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky to turn recommendations into practical electrical scopes, budgets, and installations, so your clients actually realize the savings you modeled.

Where Projects Usually Stall

You've found the savings, but then:

  • The client can't get a contractor to price it in a usable format
  • The contractor's scope doesn't match the measures you modeled
  • Installed equipment doesn't match the specs your savings or incentive calculations used
  • Nobody closes the loop with documentation you can use for verification

EKS is set up to fix these specific gaps.

Incentive Paperwork

Utility incentive programs often have specific requirements: qualifying products, pre-approval before ordering for some measures, and application deadlines after the project is finished. We coordinate with you on product selection and timing, and provide the installation documentation you need for the application. The utility decides eligibility and incentive amounts.

Energy Auditor FAQs

Can you price measures individually so my client can phase the project?

Yes. We break out pricing by measure, so your client can prioritize based on budget, payback or incentive timing.

Will you install the exact products I specified?

That's our default. If a product isn't available or a field condition requires a change, we'll flag the substitution and confirm it with you before ordering.

Do you work outside Cincinnati?

We serve Greater Cincinnati, Southwest Ohio, and Northern Kentucky.

Can you help with the incentive application?

We provide the installation documentation, product data, and photos that applications typically need, and we coordinate timing with you. The customer or the firm managing the program usually provides the application.
