We compare the equipment's requirements to your existing service and distribution, including the loads already on it. That's the first step of every installation we quote. ###### How far ahead should I call before the equipment arrives? As early as you can. Some electrical gear, such as transformers, switchgear, and larger disconnects, can take weeks or months to arrive. Calling when you place the equipment order gives you the most options. ###### Can you work directly with our equipment vendor? Yes. We coordinate with OEM technicians and installers on requirements, schedules, and start-up. ###### What if our building only has single-phase power?
